By placing an order with She Rebel Fitwear, the customer acknowledges and agrees to all our shipping/return policies, and terms and conditions. Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org before initiating a return/exchange so that we can assist you.
We have a 2 week return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
You are eligible for Returns/Exchanges of merchandise if the following conditions are met:
- You must request a return within 14 days after receiving your item. If more than 14 days have passed, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
- Your item(s) must be in the same condition in which you received them - unworn, unaltered, unstained, & unwashed.
- The items(s) must have the Original Tags Attached.
Please read our Refund Policy carefully since refund terms may vary by supplier. At the bottom of each product page is a brief description of the supplier’s refund/exchange policy. To be eligible for a return, the item(s) must be in the above stated conditions and should be in the Original Packaging or in a similar size parcel.
Information Needed To Process Return:
In order for your return to be processed, please include with your return the original packing slip or invoice and a 1 to 2 sentence note stating the reason for return. Please return the item to the address on the packing slip, unless otherwise instructed. Also, please provide a tracking number for your return from your local post office/UPS.
Exchanges can only be made for a different size or color of the same style only. If you select an exchange, but the item sells out before your return is finalized, the exchange will default to a refund.
Return Shipping Costs:
For all returns within the United States and Canada, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. If you are shipping back an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item. Please refer to our Shipping Policy for additional information as many of your questions can be answered here.
What Happens If An Item Arrives Damaged?
We stand behind all our products. However, if there is an issue with your purchase, please email us at email@example.com within 24 business hours to let us know.
In order to replace or refund the item we will need the following information:
- Name & email address
- Your order number
- A 1 or 2 sentence description of the damage/defect
- One clear image of the damaged/defective area
Once all information has been received we will give you further instructions.
Once we receive and inspect your refund, you will receive an email notifying you that we have received your returned item. Items sent back to us that have clearly been worn, altered or stained will not be accepted as they cannot be resold.
If you are approved for a refund, a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment. We typically process your exchange or refund request within 2 to 5 business days. However, this may take up to 8 to 10 days during holidays and other busy times of year.
Late Or Missing Refunds:
If you haven't received a refund within 2 weeks, please contact your bank first. Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time for your refund to officially be posted. If you’ve done both, and you still haven’t received your refund, please email us. We will respond as quickly as possible, usually within a few hours.
Items That Cannot Be Returned:
Some types of items are non-returnable. These include: gift cards, hats, personalized t-shirts, certain fitness gear and accessories, and items marked as final sale. Products purchased during a Final Sale are not eligible for a return. Only regular priced items may be refunded.

Please shop carefully, since once the order has shipped, there is no way to cancel it. Of course, you may return your item but you are responsible for return shipping fees.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you'll receive a gift credit for the value of your return once the return item is received.
If the item wasn't marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to them to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he/she will find out about your return.
