PAYMENT

We accept all major credit cards, as well as Apple Pay, Google Pay and Shop Pay. Choose Shop Pay at checkout to pay in full or split your purchase into 4 equal installments. This offer applies only to orders between $50 and $3,000.

SHIPPING & ORDERS

We ship to all 50 US states and to our neighbors in Canada. We currently do not offer international shipping. Please note that we do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays.

We offer free shipping within the US for all orders of $100 +. For all orders under $100, we charge a small flat fee of $5.95 per order. We offer shipping to our neighbors in Canada for a flat rate of $15 using USPS via Canada Post (duties are not included and may be charged by customs).

For all returns within the United States and Canada, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. If you are shipping back an item over $75, you should consider using a track able shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

We offer priority shipping within the U.S. only for our She Rebel Brand clothing and our Think Global/Shop Local Collection.. We use USPS priority mail and charge a flat fee of $10 for shipping. Unfortunately, we do not offer express shipping at this time.
Please note that priority mail shipping costs will not be refunded if you return an item.

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification which will include a tracking number you can use to check your order status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. To track your order via the tracking number, please log into your account first. Please shop carefully! Once your order has been placed, your shipping option cannot be changed.

Many orders will ship out within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after you receive an order confirmation email. These include our She Rebel Brand and selections from our Think Global/Shop Local Collection.
U.S. orders using standard shipping should arrive within 5-10 business days from the date of order. Eligible priority mail orders will arrive within 3-5 business days from when your parcel is shipped. However, some orders may have longer processing and shipping times. We provide order processing, shipping, and returns information on every product page you click on.

REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES:

For our She Rebel Brand Fitwear & Think Global/Shop Local Collection, we accept the return of items in unworn, unaltered, unwashed condition within 30 days of the purchase date. To be eligible for a return, your item must also have Original Tags Attached and should be in the Original Eco-Friendly packaging.
Please read our Refund Policy carefully since refund terms may vary by supplier. At the bottom of each product page is a brief description of the supplier’s refund/exchange policy.

Please always email us first at sherebel67@gmail.com before starting a return so that we can assist you. In order for your return to be processed, we will request with your return the original packing slip or invoice and a 1 to 2 sentence note stating the reason for return. Also, please provide a tracking number for your return from your local post office/UPS.

Exchanges can only be made for a different size or color of the same style only. If you select an exchange, but the item sells out before your return is finalized, the exchange will default to a refund.

We’ll send you a refund notification email as soon as we've issued your refund! But first we will inspect your item to make sure that it is in resale condition (has not been worn, altered or stained).
If you are approved for a refund, a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment. We typically process your exchange or refund within 2 to 5 business days. However, this may take up to 8 to 10 days during holidays and other busy times of year.

We stand behind all of our products. If there is an issue with your purchase, please e-mail us at sherebel67@gmail.com within 24 business hours to let us know.
In order to replace or refund the item we will need the following information:

  • Name & email address
  • Your order number
  • A brief description of the damage/defect
  • One clear image of the damaged/defective area
Once all information has been received our support staff will give you further instructions.

If you haven't received a refund within 2 weeks, please contact your bank first. Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time for your refund to officially post. If you’ve done both, and you still haven’t received your refund, please email us. We will respond as quickly as possible, usually within a few hours.

Some types of items are non-returnable. These include: gift cards, hats, personalized t-shirts, certain fitness gear and accessories, and items marked as final sale. Products purchased during a Final Sale are not eligible for a return. Only regular priced items may be refunded.

Yes, we sell gift cards in denominations of $10, $25, $50, $75, & $100. Please view the Gift Cards link under Accounts at the bottom of the homepage for more information on our gift card policy and how to use a gift card.

SIZE & FIT:

Most of our fitness apparel fits true to size, including She Rebel's Brand clothing. However, fitness wear sourced from small independent brands and wholesalers may vary slightly in size and fit.
For details on product sizing & fit, please click on the Size Chart under each product description for size measurements. Please order the size that most closely approximates your measurements.

CARE & REPAIR:

Cold water washing & hang drying our fitness wear is best. Since about 90 percent of energy consumed while running a load is used to heat the water, using cold water reduces the amount of energy needed to run a load of laundry (yes, the Planet will love you!).
However, it is best to always follow the specific care instructions provided on each product page as care instructions may vary by product type and brand.

PRODUCT INFORMATION:

Where available, we always prioritize sustainable natural and recycled materials that have a lower impact on the planet, and ethical manufacturing that contributes to the broader global good.
Our She Rebel Brand clothing and Think Global/Shop Local Collection are made of eco-friendly materials. She Rebel’s own brand label Sports Bra, Leggings, and Tank Top are made of the best premium quality recycled fabric.
All of our fitness wear manufacturers are carefully vetted for environmental practices and to ensure fair labor practices and responsible manufacturing.
